“Unfortunately, there has been a steady and strong wind of 15-17 meters per second for the last two days, so it has not been possible to pinpoint and eliminate this source yet,” the deputy governor said.
At the same time, he stressed that “settlements are safe”, including the village of Kultuki, where the last fire was located.
On the eve of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia strengthened the group For fire protection of the settlements of Kultuki, Malakhovka and Sergeevka in the Ryazan region.
