EU criticizes Russian “war games” in Zaporozhye

The European Union on Wednesday criticized Russia’s “war games” at Ukraine’s Zaporizhia nuclear power plant that put security in the region at risk and insisted that the area around the plant be disarmed immediately.

In his statements before the informal meeting of foreign ministers in Prague, EU Foreign Policy High Representative Josep Borrell condemned the “systemic crisis” created by the Russian army, which he accused of playing “games of war”. “They’re playing with nuclear security,” he shapeshifted.

Borrell showed his support for the mission of experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), led by director Rafael Grossi, who will now review the situation at the Zaporizhia plant.
