On the evening of August 20, 2022, the victim was walking with his son on the playground in the courtyard of the Mosfilmovsky elite residential complex. A conflict broke out between the walking children, during which the man asked the boy not to touch other people’s genitals and not to call his parents, since the seven-year-old boy was unattended on the street.
Learning about what his son was accused of, the boy’s father called his relatives. Ten people attacked the lawyer, kicked him, threatened to mess with his family.
ZhK’s security guards did not intervene in the conflict, but called the police, who arrived on the scene only an hour later. All this time the man was beaten in front of children and parents.
The attackers tried to put drugs in the victim’s pocket, but the police wouldn’t let him.
Pavel Gerasimov was taken to the police station. He asked the staff to call an ambulance, but no one called. The victim spent about three hours in the department. According to the lawyer, the attackers left the scene during this time, and no action was taken against them. Also, the man lost an expensive Omega watch.
