He added that the main condition for the start of construction work will be the allocation of funds from the federal budget. At the same time, the main financial costs for the construction of the bridge will fall in 2025-2026.

“We have been preparing and partially completed the technical and price audit (TPA) for the entire Karabulinsky exchange since the end of last year. The bridge will be inspected on September 1st. Based on TPA, it would already be a more accurate figure for the design. We hope to get paid for the design and then bid on the design later this year. It will take about six months, and already in the second half of next year we will be able to go to the construction site, ”Evraev shared.
