The Russian Ministry of Defense showed for the first time the Turkish-made Bayraktar TB2 unmanned aerial vehicle, which was shot down by Russian air defense systems during a special military operation in Ukraine as part of the Army-2022 military-technical forum. This has been reported TASS.
It was noted that the UAV was shot down near the village of Svatovo in the Luhansk People’s Republic.
Lieutenant Colonel Anton Khapersky, a teacher at the Military Aerospace Defense Academy, said that the plane was in a nearly destroyed condition, restored for exhibition.
Initially, the UAV was armed with MAM-L and MAM-C guided bombs.
