As the attackers started to leave the store, a security guard tried to stop them. Then the man took out a knife and hit a supermarket worker with it.
The couple then ran out of the store and got on a bus on route 89. The press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs said that the suspects were already detained. They turned out to be a 42-year-old previously convicted man and a 27-year-old woman living in Kazan.
