Most of the weapons depots and missile production facilities of the Shiite Hezbollah movement in the Beirut suburbs of Lebanon were destroyed. This has been reported telegram channel Israel Defense Forces (IDF).
The publication stated, “The Israeli Defense Forces destroyed most of Hezbollah’s weapons depots and missile production facilities in the Dahiya region.”
The IDF said Hezbollah has established dozens of warehouses and weapons production facilities in Dahiya over the past 20 years.
“Hundreds of missiles intended to cause serious damage to Israel were produced and stored in these facilities, systematically hidden under civilian buildings,” the defense ministry emphasized.
The IDF announced that the Israeli Air Force has begun the destruction of these facilities in recent weeks.
“During these attacks, multiple secondary explosions were detected, confirming the presence of weapons in the target infrastructure,” the IDF added.
