Prosecutor’s Office of the Irkutsk region organized Confirmation of the circumstances of death of a man bitten by a pig.

The site owner was bitten in the leg by someone while trying to repel the animals and as a result died of excessive blood loss in a medical facility.
Now, law enforcement plans to check whether the pig owner complies with the requirements of the legislation regarding the keeping of domestic livestock.
The local portal usolie-citi explained that the pig “ruptured the artery in the man’s leg”. The publication also explained that recently the owner of the animal has received frequent complaints. The man took his domestic pigs to graze in the village.
“They walked the streets and ate grass, and they could also visit and dig in someone else’s garden. The administration of four villages prepared a report on the “shepherd”. But the small penalties did not frighten the pig lover. The material continued to walk another 30 piglets,” he says.

A neighbor of the deceased told socialbites.ca that the problems with the pig herder began at the end of May – at that time a local resident Yuri began to release his animals on the streets of the village.
“First the pigs turned the schoolyard into rubble. The school principal made a statement. But the pigs kept walking around Thelma. Neighborhood residents applied to the municipality many times. As a result, they received a reply from the administration representative that they were powerless in this matter. Everyone was scared so that the children would not attack the animals. But the victim was a grown man,” the woman said.
According to him, Yuri is over 35. He has a higher education, but was hospitalized due to his instability. The neighbor noted that when the village administration asked the chief physician of the Usolsk hospital to send the man for compulsory treatment, the patient was denied due to “remission” and was removed from the registry.
“The last time was in the winter (in the hospital). In order to be deleted from the registry, it is necessary to take the exam again within one year. And he was removed from the register before he could pass the exam. How?!

“I live in constant fear”
Yuri’s ex-wife Nadezhda (name changed) told socialbites.ca that she married him in 2017 and they have a child in 2020. According to her, the man drank and attacked, so the marriage broke up. As the ex-wife said, she complained to law enforcement, but they did not help.
After the divorce, Nadezhda did not allow Yuri to communicate with the child, fearing for the safety of the baby. According to her, the man came to their house drunk.
“Last September, he broke a window in the kitchen for us, took out the doors. He then went out to the balcony on the second floor where we were sitting and threatened me with a hammer. <…> Upon this incident, a criminal case was opened under Article 119. But again no movement, law enforcement did nothing. I went to deprivation of parental rights, and during the court session it turned out that this case was closed due to voluntary repentance. I complained to the prosecutor’s office, voluntary repentance was canceled, ”says the ex-spouse.
Nadezhda said that Yuri is aware of her problems with pigs and neighbors.
“People turn to him and frankly he is rudely sending them in, throwing stones, acting aggressively. And this tragedy occurred over the weekend. Of course, I feel sorry for that person but I thought they would cover it up. But it looks like it was released today. That is, he was detained for only 48 hours. I continue to live in constant fear. Considering moving to another city. The man is not giving life to me or my child. Nadezhda does not pay alimony, ”complained.
He also confirmed that Yuri was in a psychiatric hospital “for treatment on the background of alcohol intoxication”, but he was not registered.
“Last year I came to the hospital and asked what I should do. If he jumps onto the balcony call the police and ambulance, he was told in which case he could be taken away. But the last time he went out on the balcony on the 10th of the month and got off safely before the police arrived. It had no results.
