Russian gas giant Gazprom announced on Monday Further reduction in gas supply via the Nord Stream pipelineincreased to 33 million cubic meters per day as of 27 July due to the need to stop another turbine due to its technical condition.
“Daily productivity of the Portovaya pumping station as of 07:00 Moscow time (4:00 GMT) 33 million cubic meters per day“, the company reported on its Telegram channel.
Gazprom said that this new discount is dependent on the technical situation. a turbine after the deadline for a new capital repairas specified in technical standards.
At the moment Russia provides only 40% of normal gas standards as it awaits the return of one of the Siemens turbines. Blocked in Canada due to sanctions on Russia’s military action in Ukraine and is currently on its way back.
