“He took my daughter. He brutally attacked me and kidnapped him.” Her name is Maribel Enciso and her story is fascinating. “He was eleven months old when they took him.”
A person broke into the optician where he worked. He locked it. He brutally attacked her. He cut his neck. Lying on the ground with a thread of life, he saw how the attacker left a note and took the baby María José. Who was with you that morning?
Despite everything, he survived the attack. Maribel had her face memorized in detail. When She awoke, she described the beast. She spent 82 years in prison today. He is quiet. He neither speaks nor gives any clue as to the whereabouts of the little girl.. It all happened in Mexico, but twelve years later the investigation changes: María José could be in Spain.
“It happened on September 21, 2010,” it begins. You need to take breaks, pause, be able to talk, it’s one of the many sequels that are still going. Reviving him is not easy. He goes back twelve years in agony. Go back to that fateful morning.
The clinic she shared with other doctors was empty. “The rest of the doctors held a consultation in the afternoon.“. I was alone with the baby. Everything was quiet, apparently calm.
“I see you at the door a man who had his eyes examined about ten days ago”. Maribel answered, “She said she’d be back to get some glasses.” She planned it, arranged it perfectly, knew she was there. “I carried it with me because I can. I had looked into a nursery but I said, I’m going to get it when I’m a year old.” Everyone calls him ‘Majo’, ‘Majito’, he was eleven months old, sleepy, didn’t even “wake up to eat” with a big smile and disheveled hair. He was the joy of the house.
“Why are you taking my daughter?”
The man went in and closed the doors. “She started screaming,” Maribel recalls. “He started hitting me and he pulled out a knife.” The first attack was with the girl in his arms. “He told me to leave my daughter, to leave her in her chair.” As he did, he appeared from behind. “I felt the path of the blade in my throat. He cut my neck. It cut my jugular vein, almost my vocal cords and trachea.“.
Fell down. The cut was almost fatal, but he felt nothing. “I was just looking at my daughter, looking for her gaze.” Maribel tried to get up, “she couldn’t”. The attacker approached the little girl. “Why is he taking my daughter? Why is he taking her?” That’s the only thing on my mind.
He tried again to stand up. It was in vain. “I watched him take a piece of paper and write a note.” ‘Your daughter is in South America’, the police would find the room searching. When the horror is done”i bought a monitor i took my daughter and i stopped seeing her“.
On the third try, Maribel managed to stand up. The little girl was gone. “I left the optician to ask for as much help as I could.” At the door, “I tried to scream.” “Help, he took my daughter!” can’t say. There is no sound. Nobody is listening to him. She fell back to the ground. Ambulances have arrived.
Between life and death
Maribel was admitted in critical condition. “They intervened, gave me a tracheostomy.” Doctors gave some hope“Either he died in the operating room or while he was recovering,” he says. “I was in a coma for ten days”, struggling between life and death.
He woke up anyway. She was reborn, it was a “miracle” but she didn’t have a daughter. “They didn’t call him,” he complains. “A lot of time was spent looking for a culprit in the first few days.” Police focused on Maribel’s husband and the girl’s father, Ivan. They believed the attacker was from the house.
Already awake, he told what had happened that morning in writing – because he did not speak. “My husband was left alone then,” she complains. Physically identified the attacker. Gave him a name, gave him a face. His name was Geyser Crespo Garcia. A few weeks later he was accused of raping a 14-year-old girl. He recognized. He confirmed that it was the man who went to buy glasses.
“Died: I threw him into the water”
Geyser was arrested. He sat on the bench and was found guilty of three known crimes: breach attempted murder with a minor, Maribel, and the deprivation of liberty of María José. 82 years in prison. At first, he confirmed the version of his note: “the girl was taken to South America”, then she said that the baby was not alive, killed her herself: “I threw her into the sewer (now) water”.
They conscientiously called, “They found two adult bodies, but my daughter was not there.” She squeaked, as in the version about how she left optics: “He came by bike,” Maribel recalls. “supposedly declaring María José on the bike and also carrying a backpack and carrying it with the monitor.. “Going home like this,” she sums up. “Studies have been done and it’s impossible”. Baby, monitor… all by bike. an hour to make this trip,” he says. “He lied. What we all believe is that they are waiting for him outside and he is moving by car.“.
No fear: face to face
Neither brutal aggression nor extreme violence could stop Maribel. He is not afraid. His daughter stops him. However, she looked into the face of her kidnapper. “I went to jail many times to ask where my daughter was. She looks at the ground, doesn’t answer.” Doesn’t want to buy anymore, it’s closed. Maribel will never see him again.
“Big and serious mistakes were made in the early years. They almost didn’t call my daughter,” complains Maribel. Twelve years later, everything has changed. In 2017, the first line would come: “A Unit of Analysis and Contexts was created, a prosecution. They studied the file and understood it. Maria Jose victim human trafficking for illegal adoption“. They finally started looking for him.
Police return: it could be in Spain
The investigation resumed. The inquiries were repeated. The geyser shielded itself, did not answer. He turned to look at South America. He remained silent until he spoke in one of the interviews, boasting false clues: “you won’t find her, the girl was taken to Europe.” The investigation took its second and strongest order. Police investigationsAs CASO ABIERT has learned, an event portal and research by Prensa Ibérica gives “sufficient reasons” for Mexican police to point out that she may be in Spain.
“My Facebook page was hacked because the photo of María José was in Spain,” Maribel complains
“I need your support. Let them look at the photos, Help us find my daughter, who will most likely take on another identity. Maybe even her adoptive parents don’t know her story.” María José disappeared when she was 11 months old, she’s 12 today. “I’m not babysitting anymore. A few professionals have given me advances on what today will be like, these are indicative, approximate”.
The spread has crossed borders, it’s getting stronger here SOS Missing. “Strange things have happened since it was released in Spain,” says Maribel. “They have facebook page hacked With more than 600 thousand followers, she was created for the search – her biggest weapon -“. Aside from stopping her, she feels a fearless urge, power. “There are definitely people who are aware of my daughter’s condition and do not want to. will be found”.Accomplices, in addition to the person in prison. It won’t stop us, we’ll keep going until we find it.“.
Maribel faced death. She said she couldn’t live, and she woke up. She said she couldn’t speak, and the first word she said was her little girl’s name. They say that he will not find his daughter from prison: “I know you are close.” It won’t stop. There is nothing and no one to stop him.
