The explanatory note to the document developed by the Ministry of Health states that the Federal Compulsory Health Insurance Fund will transfer interbudgetary transfers to the Belgorod and Kursk regions in the amount of 1.1665 billion rubles using funds from the normalized safety stock. Of these, the regional fund of the Belgorod region will need 493.5 million rubles, and the Kursk region will need 673 million rubles.
The need to allocate additional funds arose due to the fact that a number of medical institutions in the Belgorod and Kursk regions suspended their activities, and residents began to leave for other regions.
