Industrial LAB 5.0 is designed as a demonstrator pilot to promote and disseminate the following. use of digital activation technologies – such as additive manufacturing, smart manufacturing or virtual and augmented reality technologies – and enable industrial SMEs and micro SMEs in the province to access these innovations and participate in R&D projects in their favor productivity and competitiveness.
This new show space to be located at the Fempa facilities will, among others, Interoperability between two smart manufacturing centers, physically relocated (Alicante and Valencia) and connected via a digital network towards the smart factory paradigm. Alongside the revitalization of demo sessions, showrooms and initiatives, a series of educational actions will also be developed in line with the aim of increasing participants’ digital skills and maximizing the benefits of using the latest generation technology.

The agreement between Fempa and Aidimme plans to invest in the necessary and sufficient equipment for the demonstrators to operate in both locations, Alicante and Valencia.
