In this building, the usual characters will “live with new neighbors, admire the decisions of a president who leads society with a firm hand, and experience all sorts of adventures and misfortunes with the special sense of humor that characterizes them.”, explains the line.

The new building of ‘La que se avecina’
Two sets of 1,500 and 800 square meters, respectively, form the main stages of ‘La que se avecina’. in its new phase. The houses of Contubernio 49 are built on these embankments, where the residents of Mirador de Montepinar set up their residences. These locations add to a large area of exterior decoration that recreates the street on which the property is located.
The new landscape represents a qualitative leap over previous seasons, as the width of the fields allows for more camera footage. In addition, the art team of the series worked on a completely renewed aesthetic line and a housing design that was very suitable for each character’s personality and living conditions.
