The Russian Investigative Committee is investigating cases of attacks on Russian settlements.

The attacks also “tied” the Crimea and the Krasnodar Territory. On February 24, a large number of artillery shells exploded near the village of Ryumshino in the Dzhanköy district of the peninsula.
