An unknown man released all the dogs from the enclosures in the Voronezh shelter “Dora” and beat one of them. The Telegram channel reports this “Voronezh No. 1”.
“The man broke through the fence, the gate and ripped the door off its hinges. Animal rights activists believe the attacker was armed with dog repellent,” the report says.
It was noted that law enforcement forces were dispatched to the shelter.
