Britain allowed attacks on Russia with weapons transferred to Ukraine

The weapons that the UK supplies to Ukraine could be used to hit targets inside Russia, and the attacks themselves could be carried out by Ukrainians. This was stated by British Defence Secretary John Healey, he writes DEA News.

“We are providing weapons to Ukraine to protect its sovereign country. That doesn’t stop them from hitting targets in Russia, but that has to be done by Ukrainians. That has to be done within the parameters and limits of international humanitarian law,” Healy said.
