The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attempted to destroy chemically hazardous facilities in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) and the Luhansk People’s Republic (LPR). This was stated by the Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops (RKhBZ) of the Russian Armed Forces Igor Kirillov.
