Civil Guard investigating two alleged persons animal abuse in the town of TomellosoMalnutrition and poor health care were evident in many of them, after the veterinary services of the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Rural Development and Seprona members were found in a home where 43 dogs and one horse were hoarded outside of legal requirements for animal health and welfare.
What else, a large number of dead animals, especially dogs, were collectedAccumulated over time, most of them frozen, before being handed over to a competent manager for proper disposal in health-safe conditions, the Civil Guard said in a press release.
As the owner of these animals, which were necessary for this purpose, could not voluntarily agree that the municipal services and the Ministry could intervene in the situation, the Civil Guards had to appeal to the Civil Court of First Instance and Order No. 2 from Tomelloso.
The court published an article Login and registration in order to access and carry out the removal and transportation of live animalsas well as the removal of dead animals.
