President of the Lugansk People’s Republic Leonid Pasechnik said that Ukrainian Armed Forces units launched a missile attack with cluster bombs on Lugansk. He reported this in his own report telegram channel.
According to him, a fire broke out in the city as a result of the attack by the Ukrainian side.
