Mainar turnip

  • 400 gr. turnip
  • 1 onion
  • 1dl olive oil
  • Fame
  • ground pepper
  • Meat Water.
  1. Peel, clean and soak the radishes well.
  2. Blanch and cook the pieces in salted water and drain and reserve when ready.
  3. Chop the onion and fry it in oil.
  4. In the same pan, fry some flour, sprinkle turnips on it and sprinkle with some black pepper.
  5. Add a few ladles of broth and sauté on low heat for a few minutes, turning.
