  • 2 medium zucchini
  • 2 onions
  • 2 potatoes
  • 2 slices of bacon jelly
  • 2 green peppers
  • Salt
  • 1 dl of oil
  1. Put the chopped onion in a skillet over high heat until it starts to brown.
  2. Reduce the intensity of the fire and add the chopped pepper.
  3. After a few minutes, put the zucchini cut into small pieces and cover the pan.
  4. Fry the potatoes in another separate pan and add the cubed jelly.
  5. Serve each plate with a colander to mix the contents of the two pots and not add too much oil.
