During the dispersal of a rally against the bill on foreign agents in Tbilisi, Georgian security forces beat Levan Khabeishvili, a member of parliament and chairman of the United National Movement, the country’s largest opposition party. Georgian TV channel reported this “Mtavari Arkhi”.
