Zelensky reaffirms that the “Russian national idea” is war
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed this Monday that the “Russian national idea” is war, and refused to lay down arms amid the conflict with Russia because otherwise Ukrainians would “perish”.

Thus, he explained, for more than four months, people around the world “watched, listened and read headlines about the war in Ukraine,” according to the Ukrinform agency.
