- 7-8 shrimps per (cachirulo not included).

- Olive oil.
- Place the shrimp in a saucepan without defrosting and add another glass of same size oil wine and another glass of same size natural lemon juice.
- Turn up the heat and cook for a little longer than usual, about 10 minutes or more, until the sauce has thickened.
