Unannounced, during the last broadcast ‘Nintendo Direct Mini’Valve, the format in which the Japanese entertainment company presents and reviews some of its news, “Portal: Complementary Collection’ downloadable on hybrid system.
The skin contains ‘Portal’ and ‘Portal 2’ with all its puzzles, brain teasers, dark humor and exploration elements this allowed both video games to become a huge success among critics and the public alike. According to the developer, the collection supports up to two players on the same console and keeps all the original items intact.
While the first ‘Portal’ is essentially a single-player experience, the sequel lets you split the screen to engage in a cooperative adventure with more puzzles. That’s right, ‘Portal 2’ includes a co-op mode that allows local, split-screen and online play.

Premiere on Nintendo Switch marks the first release of these works in the past decade. Valve had previously handled the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 ports of the games but decided not to bring them to PS4/Xbox One officially. Using an experimental portal device, players will break the laws of physics, solve extremely complex puzzles and face GLaDOS, a deadly, resourceful and power-hungry artificial intelligence.
