The relevant law was adopted in the summer of 2023. It came into effect on October 1, but until now a zero rate has been in place to allow the industry to adapt. The fee will be 100 rubles per person per day.
Veterans, persons with disabilities of groups I and II, St. 21 preferential categories of citizens are exempt from payment, including students of St. Petersburg universities, extended family members and others.
