Dmitry Kuzyakin, Director General of the Center for Integrated Unmanned Solutions (CDSS), said that experts discovered the batteries used in NASA’s Mars program in Ukrainian FPV drones. This was reported by RIA News.
According to Kuzyakin, such batteries are very expensive and are not used in homemade equipment. The Armed Forces of Ukraine use these drones in sub-zero temperatures in winter. Experts discovered aluminum alloys in batteries, which are also used in the US space program.
“One of the first enemy FPV drones provided to us had the same battery that the Americans used on NASA’s Mars mission. Kuzyakin noted that Ukraine apparently assembled its first FPV drones with the help of its American “partners.”
