The incident occurred on March 29. According to preliminary data, a 3-year-old child climbed onto the window sill and fell to the floor when there was no adult in the room. It was not stated from which floor the little boy fell. The child was taken by ambulance to a medical facility where the necessary assistance was provided.
Investigators said that his parents and grandmother lived in the apartment with the child, and law enforcement officers needed to find out where the child’s relatives were at the time of the accident.
