In Kharkov, almost all energy infrastructure facilities were destroyed. The mayor of the city, Igor Terekhov, announced this on the air of the Ukrainian television marathon.
“Very serious damage, all substations were destroyed, the thermal power plant was destroyed,” the mayor said.
According to Terekhov, the repair of the facilities is currently ongoing, but there is no exact date for the completion of the work due to the very serious nature of the damage.

Currently, an hourly light restriction has been imposed on approximately 200 thousand citizens in the administrative center of the Kharkov region.
