16 percent of Russians surveyed admitted that they are “early birds” and therefore prefer to work from 8 to 10 in the morning. Moreover, most of the “first people” live in the Nizhny Novgorod (35%) and Sverdlovsk (21%) regions. This was demonstrated by a survey of the Rabota.ru service, the results of which were reviewed by socialbites.ca.
A quarter (25%) of respondents chose the time between 10am and 12am; this is the most popular answer among Russians. At such times, residents of the Krasnodar Territory (42%) and St. St. Petersburg residents (32%) study best.
The traditional lunch hour from 12 to 14 is not associated with productivity in respondents’ thoughts – only 6% of respondents chose it. However, 10% of Nizhny Novgorod residents paid attention to this period.
14 to 16 is not the most popular option for effective study (6%). It is preferred more often than others by residents of Moscow and the Moscow region (11%).
Only 5% of respondents like to work after 18:00. Currently, Krasnodar residents are full of enthusiasm (9%).
More than a third (33%) of survey respondents admitted that their productivity does not depend on the time of day. This was mostly said by residents of the Sverdlovsk region (43%), Moscow and the region (36%) and the Krasnodar Territory (33%).
The majority of respondents (56%) cited increased energy as the main reason for this choice. 37% admitted that it was easier for them to concentrate, and 32% of respondents said they coped with tasks more easily.
20% of survey respondents stated that it was easier for them to fulfill their direct responsibilities due to fewer meetings. 19% are confident in the positive effect of sunlight on performance. 9% of participants listed other factors based on their own experience, body knowledge, and daily routine.
