“At the moment, these efforts have ensured calm,” the Prime Minister emphasized.
He noted that a joint committee will be formed that will also address military issues. Talking about the possibility of increasing the number of Russian military instructors, Molua said “why not” if such a need arises.
According to the Prime Minister, there are still gangs at the borders in CAR, but no one can deny that military experts have proven their effectiveness.
“I, too, am a witness to the tremendous work done by the Russians,” Molua emphasized.
