Meat from young animals and birds should be avoided if you have urate stones. It is also undesirable to consume salty cheese and legumes. Instead, it is recommended to choose lean meat, fish, cereals and soups. At least once every seven to ten days, it is indicated to include fasting days (dairy products, vegetables, fruits) with an increase in the daily amount of fluid intake.
