A queue of 2.3 thousand trucks formed at the Poland-Ukraine border due to the protest of Polish farmers. This was stated by the representative of the State Border Service of Ukraine, Andrey Demchenko. RIA News.

“On the morning of Saturday, March 9, there are 2,300 trucks queuing in all directions at the Polish border, and Polish farmers are making their travel difficult or impossible,” Demchenko said. At the same time, he noted that the blockade towards the Krakovets checkpoint should be completed before March 13.

According to a representative of the border service, the biggest transport congestion is observed at the Yagodin and Shegini checkpoints, where protesters are not allowing the passage of trucks heading for Poland at all.

Protests by Polish farmers have been continuing since the beginning of February. The main demand of the farmers is to stop importing agricultural products from Ukraine to Poland.
