Additionally, the court ordered the return to the state of 100% of shares worth more than 5.1 billion rubles in the authorized capital of two companies linked to the oligarch. This applies to Yuzhgazenerji LLC and Catering-Yug LLC, whose annual revenue is 1.7 billion rubles.
“A building and six properties (5.5 thousand square meters) in the center of Moscow, as well as 494 agricultural lands (5,573 hectares) were seized from the illegal possession of the defendants,” the press service added.
The confiscated agricultural property is located in the Vladimir, Smolensk and Moscow regions. Moreover, their total cost exceeds six billion rubles.
