The Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia, Tatyana Moskalkova, said that almost every day she informs the human rights structures of the UN, the Council of Europe (CoE) and the OSCE about the facts of the shelling of the population by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). “Almost every day I send statements and letters to the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights, the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights and the OSCE ODIHR about specific facts regarding the bombing of civilians…” the Ombudsman said.

Moskalkova noted that she had to leave some European integration platforms because she was not allowed to participate on equal terms.
