Russians list the most annoying qualities of their colleagues

Almost half of Russians (43%) are annoyed by the excessive talkativeness of their colleagues, while another 27% cannot stand any more initiative. Such data “HR Lab. – HR Innovation Laboratory” and the platform “Health Academy” for the Analytical Center “AlfaStrakhovanie”, the results of which were reviewed by socialbites.ca.

Most survey respondents felt that the initiative was essentially an attempt to curry favor with superiors outside of their job duties. 22% of participants answered this way. Reliability in fulfilling requests from superiors is also evaluated.

Russians also do not approve of neglecting basic etiquette. 33 percent of those surveyed are annoyed that their colleagues don’t say hello, don’t say goodbye, or don’t remember names when they meet. 38% categorically disagree with colleagues who do not take their wishes into account. And 14% – ostentatious modesty. 24% were against hearing stories about their colleagues’ personal lives.

26% don’t like it when co-workers talk loudly about personal matters on the phone or laugh loudly while browsing something online. 12% – when they clean themselves directly at work and use strong-smelling aerosols, deodorants and perfumes.

17% are dissatisfied with their colleagues’ disorganization. 11% – loud drinking or slurping in addition to eating at the table. 15% speak out harshly against e-cigarette smokers and also say they smell almost nothing.

Only 21% said the team wrote internal rules regulating clothing, food and drink consumption, and smoking. The rest are forced to “fight” for their rights and personal boundaries.
