  • 1/2 kilo of clean fish, such as hake, haddock or grouper, fillet.
  • 100 gr. frozen and clean shrimp tails.
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar.
  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of fried tomatoes.
  • Salt and pepper.
  1. Cut the fish into small pieces and halves of the shrimp tails.
  2. Season.
  3. Mix well with the rest of the ingredients and place in a slightly deep rectangular bowl.
  4. Cover with transparent paper and cook at 100% power for 8 minutes.
  5. Let it rest in the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Cook for another 8 minutes at 100%.
