Vegetable hake.

  • 1/2 kg thick hake fillet
  • 1 kilo of potatoes
  • 1/2 kg of carrots
  • olive oil
  • black or white pepper
  • enough gouda cheese
  1. The fillets are covered with flour and fried in sufficient amount of hot oil. Don’t let them turn brown. Set it aside.
  2. Cook the potatoes and carrots with a little salt.
  3. When ready, mash well so that they are like puree.
