Hake a la Benabarre

  • 4 hake Supreme with 200 g spineless each
  • 3 green peppers
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Parsley
  • Ketchup
  • Lemon
  • soft bread crumbs
  • Salt
  • olive oil
  • White pepper
  • White wine
  1. We heat the oil in a pan, in which we will fry the garlic, onions and peppers, which we cut into julienne strips.
  2. Add the white wine until it has reduced completely and allow the tomato sauce to simmer for five minutes as a whole.
  3. In a bowl, place the sauce on a bed of fried vegetables, salted raw hake, white pepper and lemon juice, breadcrumbs and parsley, and some oil.
  4. We put everything in the oven until gratin.
  5. Approximate cooking time is four minutes at 200ºC from the moment it starts boiling.
