  • 750 g frog legs
  • 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tip of hot pepper
  • 8 cloves of garlic
  • 3 dl oil
  • Salt
  1. Wash frog legs thoroughly and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. Next, fry two cloves of chopped garlic in a saucepan with two tablespoons of oil.
  3. When the garlic is browned and golden brown, remove it and add the legs and six finely chopped garlic cloves.
  4. After ten minutes on high heat, add some hot pepper, chopped parsley and salt.
