Survey: A third of Russians are looking for a job close to home

A third of Russians (34%) are looking for work close to home. In this respect reports “Radio 1”, referring to a study conducted by analysts of the Avito Work service. 2 thousand people participated in the survey.

It was revealed that 18% of the respondents looked for a job once, 12% looked for a job two or three times, and 7% looked for a job more than three times. Service representatives note that about a third of Russians are ready to move to a new job.

The research also revealed that when evaluating vacancies, 68 percent of Russians pay attention to wages, 44 percent to working conditions, and 32 percent to employee reviews.
