This year, the award ceremony for the winners of the national Internet content award will be held in two parts: the first will take place on March 5 in the federal district “Sirius” as part of the World Youth Festival, and the second will take place on March 5. More than 1 thousand socially focused projects were submitted to the awards in various formats.
IRI Director General Alexey Goreslavsky stated that the Internet Development Institute always looks for and supports authors who will develop the Russian industry.
“There is a lot of talent in the market and the national Internet content award is one of the tools for our support, a joint award with our partners,” said the organisation’s president.
He emphasized that the award will be awarded to those who know how to create content that combines a social orientation and response to a wide audience, and not just create social projects “for the table” or, on the contrary, a purely commercial product.
The IRI Award has more than 30 nominations, including thematic and special ones.
Traditionally, finalists will be determined by a council of experts and winners will be selected by a professional jury.
