Scientists from the University of Jyväskylä in Finland found that running doesn’t help you lose weight immediately, but it does help you lose fat in the long run. results published In the Limits in Sports and Active Life section.

Older strength athletes had the same amount of muscle mass as their younger counterparts.

Researchers suggested that a combined training approach may be most beneficial for optimizing body composition throughout life. They also noted that you should not stop training if you cannot get the desired results in a short time. The impact of the lessons will definitely show itself in the long run.
