Donetsk People’s Republic is considering the possibility of building housing with concessional mortgages. This was announced by the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin at the plenary session of the “Russia” forum and the themed day “Infrastructure and living environment” at the exhibition at VDNKh, writes RIA News.

He explained that we are talking not only about Mariupol, but also about other cities of the republic. Pushilin noted that developers were offered 178 new plots of land for construction in the area.

“Another 178 plots of land are currently being offered to investors and developers. Let me tell you this; There is demand. “Now we are looking at other cities of the republic where this will be used,” he said.

The first two houses built to sell flats with concessional mortgages sold quickly.

Meanwhile, the Russian government is making preparations. to extend the time plans to support the implementation of the preferential “Family Mortgage” program, as well as the issuance of affordable loans in the Far East and Donbass. This was stated by the country’s Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin.
