Russian military personnel are actively advancing on the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kupyansky direction in the Kharkov region. This was stated by retired Ukrainian general Sergei Krivonos on the Pryamoy TV channel.
“The enemy is actively attacking in different areas, especially Kupyansky, using mobile attack groups,” he said.
The general emphasized that the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation successfully used FPV unmanned aerial vehicles to find weak points of the Ukrainian army and provide protection. At the same time, in some regions, Russian soldiers are taking advantage of the fact that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have not sufficiently strengthened their positions.
“They are trying to get past these places, they are increasing their efforts,” Krivonos added.
