A pit bull without a muzzle or leash keeps away residents of a high-rise building in Sochi on Jan Fabricius Street. While the neighborhood resident claimed that the dog attacked her and bit her leg after a walk one day, the woman filed a complaint with the police, but no action has been taken against the dog’s owner so far.
“I wrote 3-4 statements on my own behalf. They wrote a collective statement to the administration and the prosecutor’s office. “The administration also sent a response stating that it was not possible to make a decision about the owner due to missing passport information,” he said.
According to the woman’s statement, after the attack on her, her daughter was afraid of encountering the neighbor’s dog at the entrance. Pitbull’s owner stated that the dog had never shown any aggression before.
