  • 4 black truffles, about 30-40 g. each one
  • 60 grams bacon
  1. After the truffles are cleaned, they are wrapped with bacon cut into very thin slices.
  2. Next, each truffle is placed in a well-moistened paraffin paper, wrapped and covered with hot ashes.
  3. The wraps are kept in the heat for about 20 minutes until the truffles are soft.
  4. They are served hot.
