The disabled person was discovered by animal rights volunteers who learned about the Siberian’s situation. According to the man, his mother started to break up the house in the early 90s. At first, he moved around with crutches. When his legs got weak, he could not go out more than once a year and could only eat once a week.
Volunteers took out five truckloads of garbage from the apartment, a Tomsk resident and her cats temporarily moved to a private house, animals are being treated by volunteers, and compassionate people are helping the man with money and food.
