Astrobotic experts communicated with all instruments of the Peregrine lunar probe. This was reported by RIA News.

“We successfully received data from all nine vehicles that were able to communicate with the vehicle,” the company said.

The message stated that ten devices requiring energy were charged, while the other ten units of cargo “remained inactive.”

The Peregrine spacecraft, which was planned to land on the Moon, went into space with the new generation Vulcan launch vehicle on the morning of January 8. After about eight o’clock it became clear that the spacecraft could not maintain a stable orientation towards the Sun. A fuel leak was also detected. These factors make a soft landing of the module on the Moon impossible.

Peregrine includes five NASA scientific instruments, as well as development and ritual cargo from private American companies and universities.
