- 1 rabbit
- 1/2 liter of water
- 2 heads of garlic
- 18 roasted almonds
- parsley
- 1 glass of brandy
- 1 cup of beef broth
- cinnamon stick
- 2 servings of chocolate
- Salt
- 1dl of oil.
- Chopped and seasoned rabbit is passed through the pan.
- Then chopped parsley, head of garlic, cinnamon (a branch), brandy and water are placed in a saucepan and left to cook for half an hour.
- Then a puree is prepared with almonds, rabbit liver and chocolate, and everything is diluted with a small glass of broth.
- Add the puree to the pot and boil for another 15 minutes.
